Dr. Rama Goswami received her undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Arts
with honors) in May 1995 from University of Virginia located in scenic
Charlottesville, Virginia. She then received her undergraduate dental
training (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at Medical College of Virginia
(Virginia Commonwealth University), School of Dentistry. In an effort to
provide the highest quality of care to her patients, she enrolled in a
residency program at University of Maryland, School of Dentistry, which
provided advanced training in general dentistry. She completed the
residency training in Advanced General Dentistry in the June 2001 and
has been in private practice since. After working as an associate for
eight years in private practices in Richmond and Charlottesville, she
made the decision to go into practice with her sister, Dr. Rashmi
Goswami in Gainesville, Virginia.
Dr. Rashmi Goswami attended
Virginia Tech for her undergraduate education. She graduated from the
Medical College of Virginia, School Of Dentistry (Virginia Commonwealth
University), Richmond VA in the year 2000. She has also completed a one year
residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from University of
Maryland at Baltimore. Since the residency, she has been in private
practice in Maryland and Virginia. Her recent experience has been
in treating children ages three to eighteen. She is a member of
the American
Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and also an affiliate
member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. To keep abreast with
the latest developments in Dentistry, she had taken numerous continuing
education courses.
