I have been a patient of Dr. Goswami for several years and she is the best dentist I have ever been to. I had a bridge procedure done for my front teeth and I am extremely pleased with the results. She paid attention to little details which made a world of difference in my smile. I am very impressed with Dr. Goswami's gentle, compassionate, and thorough approach to dental treatment. Overall, she is a very competent and compassionate dentist who takes the time to get to know her patients and offer them the best possible treatment.

Drive 35 minutes to see these excellent dentists in Gainesville. Gainesville Family Dentistry provides excellent care. The two providers, Dr. Rashmi and Dr. Rama Goswami are the best! They explain their procedures fully to the children and show so much compassion and kindness. One of the greatest compliments a dentist can receive is when a child is not afraid to go to the dentist. All four of my children now look forward to going to the dentist because of their positive experience. Drs. G & Goswami go above and beyond! They care so much about the dental health of their patients and promoting a positive dental experience. My family has experienced the best care here and sacrifices the 35+ minutes drive to their practice. We would recommend this practice to all - children and adults alike hands down- They are THE BEST !

Dr. Rama Goswami is a very thorough, sensitive, gentle, intelligent and compassionate dentist. She is trustworthy and conservative, so if she tells me I need certain work done, I know that it is truly something I must do in the time frame she suggests. Dr. Rama Goswami is very careful and attentive to make sure her work is precise, at the same time cautious not to hurt you or cause you unnecessary pain. Her office is very clean and she even took the time to change the top of the suction tip because I mentioned to her that I thought I had knocked it against the sink. She said that the sinks are thoroughly cleaned but she wanted to make sure I was not exposed to any unknown germs and gave me a new suction tip. Dr. Rama anticipates whether you are comfortable in her chair or not and lets you adjust as often as you need so you don't end up with a back or neck ache. A lot of people make you feel afraid to ask, but Dr. Rama makes you feel at home. I first met both the Goswamis because they saw my daughter. I had a tooth ache and decided to see my daughter's dentist. My daughter absolutely loves both the Goswami sisters & has had both of them work on her mouth. Dr. Rama was available when I needed the help on my mouth & coincidentally she was always the dentist that was available to work on me, but my daughter has had terrific experiences with both of the Dr. Goswami sisters. Let me also tell you about the wonderful work Dr. Rama Goswami does with crowns. I have had to have several crowns and each and every time Dr. Goswami has made sure that the margins were exactly right, so that there would not be any gaps in the way the crown fit. She actually will not seat a crown unless she is absolutely sure, verified by digital x-rays, that the crown is a perfect fit, totally flush to your tooth so that there is no chance of decay entering. She does incredibly accurate work and goes the extra mile to check and prove it. I love all my crowns that she did for me. Dr. Goswami stands behind her work. She is also very reasonable in price for such fine work.

I have been going to Gainesville Family Dentistry since they first opened. I used to go to Dr. Rama Goswami before she opened this practice and continue to go here even though it means I have to drive a little further. I have never been a fan of visiting the dentist, and so I am extremely selective about who I see. Yet, I cannot say enough positive things about the doctors and staff at Gainesville Family Dentistry. They make going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as it can be. So pleased am I with my experiences at Gainesville Family Dentistry, that I continue to see Dr. Goswami, although I live in College Park, MD.
Along with strong technical skills, Dr. Goswami has the most pleasant chairside manner I have ever encountered in a dentist. She expresses genuine concern for and goes to great lengths to secure her patients' comfort. Moreover, she explains procedures simply, but without patronizing. Her gentle manner and friendly personality can put even the most nervous patients at ease, myself included.
With regard to customer service, Gainesville Family Dentistry is unmatched. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointment scheduling is simple and wait times are short.

I am writing to share with all who read this review, my overwhelming appreciation for the excellent services this dental office provides. My daughter has had dental procedures at other dental offices that were quite un-pleasurable. This had resulted in her dislike for even the most routine appointments. From my very first contact with this office, the staff have been courteous and more than helpful. Doctors willingness to listen and understand has been crucial in my daughters ability to overcome her dental fears. At each of our visits we have been invited into a calm and friendly environment. Each has been thoroughly explained and pain free. The chair side that both the doctors display conveys that they care and want each visit to be calm , efficient and painless. Visiting the dentist is never a pleasant experience (especially what with all of the work I need done). Unpleasantries like the discomfort, cost and embarrasment after extended periods of poor tooth care are some of the reasons most people (like myself) stay away for years at a time. Enter Dr. Goswami...the consummate professional. She made me feel completely comfortable in her care and alleviated any feelings of embarrassment I had about the level of work I needed done (and my concerns about related cost). My last dentist made me feel as though every visit was a sales pitch for expensive procedures...and as though inquiring about cost was unseemly. But Dr. Goswami made me feel like my dental health was her main priority. She helped me put a plan together to tackle things one at a time, and I feel no apprehension about keeping up with my appointments. I'd reccommend her to anyone and plan on making appointments for the rest of my family as well.
